Maintenance Manager – Milledgeville

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year |

• Plan, schedule, oversee and execute all preventive and corrective maintenance activities for production equipment and facilities using appropriate tools.
• Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance program to minimize unplanned downtime and extend equipment life.
• Diagnose complex equipment failures and coordinate timely repairs to restore production operations.
• Coordinate with production, management, and maintenance teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
• Oversee vendor and contractor relationships; obtain quotes, review work quality, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records including equipment history, work orders, parts inventory, and inspection logs.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and environmental standards.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Manage spare parts and coordinate procurement of equipment, tools, and materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
