Perform preventive maintenance on building systems, facility equipment, and tools to ensure consistent and reliable operation;
Complete maintenance work orders efficiently and accurately, prioritizing tasks to minimize downtime and disruption;
Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical issues, including replacing outlets, switches, light fixtures, and bulbs;
Carry out basic plumbing maintenance such as repairing sinks and toilets and unclogging drains;
Support HVAC maintenance by changing filters, performing preventive checks, and recognizing common HVAC issues that require attention
