We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Ocean Grove Post Acute, a leading provider of short-term and long-term skilled rehabilitation care. As a member of our facilities team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and contributing to an exceptional patient experience.

• Assist the Maintenance Director in performing routine maintenance and repair work to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff
• Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards
• Collaborate with other facilities team members to achieve efficient and effective maintenance operations
• Participate in on-call rotations for emergency maintenance needs

• 2 years of maintenance experience preferred
• Technical school education preferred
• Possess a general understanding of OSHA, fire prevention, life and safety regulations
