Position OverviewThe position blends physical field work at construction job sites with administrative duties, focusing heavily on customer interaction, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate quality documentation.
Core ResponsibilitiesMonitor job site quality control and immediately report concrete mix problems.
Research job details (mix design, slump requirements, truck spacing) and maintain customer records.
Coordinate concrete truck traffic, verify start times/mixes, and assist drivers with safe positioning.
Maintain accurate field logs and perform related data entry.
Identify and communicate on-site safety and environmental concerns.
QualificationsExperience in ready-mix concrete customer service or as a concrete driver is preferred.
Working knowledge of construction job sites, safety practices, and accurate documentation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean record and the ability to travel to job sites.
