Trailer Technician - Milton, VT

• Perform routine inspections of trailers to identify and diagnose mechanical, electrical, or structural issues.
• Brake and suspension service.
• Tire maintenance.
• Service and repair trailers.
• Maintain accurate records using our computer‑based systems.
• Safety:
  Ensure trailers meet safety standards and regulatory requirements set by the Company and DOT.
• Stay current on industry trends and technology.

Willing to attend training and maintain certifications. Strong drive to maintain a safe and clean work environment. Ability to follow directions. Must supply your own tools.

• High school diploma, vocational education degree, or equivalent.
• Mechanical repair experience.
• Previous brake repair experience.
• Ability to lift or lower 50 pounds.
• Ability to work with others.
• Willing to train if you have a desire to learn or similar experience.

• Above‑average pay – $22 to $28 per hour, depending on experience.
• Complete benefits package – including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Monday‑Friday 8:00 – 5:00, occasional overtime. One week of on‑call duties per month (additional on‑call compensation).
