Position: Maintenance Supervisor
Starting Salary Range
: $20.00-$21.00/hour or more based on experience.
Wage Increases
:
New hires can earn wage increases at 30, 60, 90 days

- Supervise and lead the maintenance team in performing repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance for all hotel systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks to ensure minimal disruption to hotel operations.
- Train, guide, and evaluate the performance of maintenance staff, ensuring safety protocols and procedures are followed.
- Respond to guest maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to resolve any maintenance-related concerns.
- Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and supplies to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Previous experience in maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, with a proven track record of leadership in a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergency repairs and system failures.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and delegate responsibilities to team members.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other departments.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
