Marcus Hotels & Resorts - 509 West Wisconsin Avenue - Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain dish machine to standards, efficiently processing dishes and utensils.;
Manage clean dishes, unload, stack, and store them in designated areas.;
Maintain cleanliness in dish area and kitchen, including emptying garbage cans and performing general cleaning tasks.;
Ensure floor safety by sweeping, mopping, and drying, and transport soiled ware to designated areas.;
Handle cleaning chemicals safely, wipe down countertops, restock supplies, and assist with equipment movement.
