Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Travel to customer sites to lead or assist in the installation, start-up, and servicing of our Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor Equipment, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely results
- Provide remote technical support to customers when not on-site, helping troubleshoot, repair, and optimize equipment performance
- Communicate technical details and instructions clearly and professionally to ensure customer confidence and satisfaction
- Prioritize safety in all aspects of service work, both in-house and on-site
- Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Sales, Operations) by providing post-project feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Support company procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
- Maintain proactive customer follow-up and ongoing relationship management
- Keep work spaces clean, organized, and safe—wherever you are
- Travel up to 80% each week, home each weekend

- Associate's degree in Electronic, Hydraulic, or Mechanical Technology or related field
- 2+ years of experience with Allen-Bradley Micro Logix
- Minimum 5 years of field service experience, preferably in heavy equipment or material handling
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally (U.S., Canada, Mexico) up to 80%
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems
- Able to read engineering drawings, schematics, and manuals
- Strong time management, independence, and organizational skills
- Self-starter with ability to handle competing priorities and work under pressure
- Frequent standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, stooping, and reaching
- Frequent lifting/moving of 25 lbs.; occasional lifting/moving up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- Vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth, and ability to adjust focus
- Use of hands for handling tools and equipment
- Occasional sitting
- Work performed both indoors and outdoors in customer, production, and office environments
- Potential exposure to airborne particles or elevated work areas
