Position: Property Clean Out Technician

As a Property Clean Out Technician, you are a key team member supporting the work of field operations. Your efforts contribute to the day-to-day contract operations of Rainbow Restoration. If you are self‑motivated, self‑directed, and enthusiastic, are you driven to project a professional company image through in‑person and phone interaction while working cooperatively with others to manage a variety of situations on a day‑to‑day basis?

Specific Responsibilities
  • Driving company vehicles with trailers
  • Ability to read and understand maps & directions
  • Work with a team
  • Communicate with customers about scope of work and review necessary paperwork
  • Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner
  • Meet deadlines
  • Possess or have the ability and willingness to learn and participate in performing:
    • Residential/commercial vacant property clean outs
    • Commercial grass cutting & snow removal
    • Property maintenance
    • Construction projects
  • Maintain company assets (equipment, vehicles, etc.) keeping them clean, properly maintained and fully stocked to be available at all times
  • Perform marketing tasks to sell additional services or develop additional business as required
  • Perform other duties as required. These duties may include job functions that are outside the scope of normal job duties
Job Requirements
  • We are a 24‑hour emergency service company, and all team members are required to be on‑call and respond when needed
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional appearance and personality
  • Team player who can work independently
  • Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
  • Willing to train supporting team members (stewardship)
  • Career‑minded mentality planning for future positions/ownership, not just looking for a job for today
