Alan Barry Consultants, LLC has been directed by one of our Greater Milwaukee region clients to assist their team in identifying the best fit for the position outlined below. This is a Full-time Direct Position.

The position will concentrate on the repair, maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting of heavy industrial equipment at both the client location, as well as the client's site. This individual will work on industrial equipment with a focus on electrical systems including PLC's/ automation and basic controls; and hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, fans, and related mechanical systems.
Position Duties and SkillsHands-on experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, drives, pumps, PLC's (programmable controllers/ programmable logic controllers), piping and/or air systems on industrial equipment
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and blueprints
Understanding of conveyors, motors, drives, and related mechanical components/ systems
Experience/knowledge of Industrial Burners and Fans
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word):

Basic PLC knowledge (ladder logic editing):
Preferred
65% - 85% travel required
4 years to 10 years of experience
Associate Degree is Preferred
$25/hour to $30/hour (with OT this position can typically see an annual income between $75,000 to $100,000)
