Job Summary

Full‑time on‑site Environmental Services EA‑3 Process Coordinator at Froedtert Hospital, Milwaukee, WI. Lead position across the campus and hospitals. Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., every other weekend and holidays.

• Assist the EVS management team by ensuring cleaning processes are performed correctly on units.
• Conduct quality inspections and high‑touch cleaning audits.
• Perform nurse rounding, patient‑care rounding, and service recovery with patients and family members.
• Validate that processes are followed and complete staff competency records.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, observe infection‑control measures, customer‑service standards, and departmental policies.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in environmental services; 3 years in hospital/health‑care cleaning preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English, and communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff.
