Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Public Storage is the self‑storage industry leader. We are hiring now for Property Manager positions.

Earn $15.50 per hour plus a total rewards package.

• Flexible and full‑time schedules 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. (weekends until 5 p.m.)

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs, make suggestions, and sell packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Help customers stay current on payments, making reminder and collection calls when required.

• Transport and lift items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Walk around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks: sweeping, mopping, maintaining exterior grounds, keeping curb appeal clean and debris‑free.

• Experience in customer‑service centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based companies).
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between work locations. Mileage reimbursement available.
