Environment Control is seeking motivated, dependable individuals who want to build a career in leadership and operations management.
This is an entry-level management training position designed for individuals who are ready to learn our business from the ground up. During your training period, you will gain hands‑on experience cleaning a variety of commercial facilities while learning the skills needed to advance into a supervisory role.
If you have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and enjoy helping people, we will provide the training and support you need to succeed.
Schedule- Monday through Friday
- Start time between 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM
- 8-hour shifts
- Occasional weekend coverage
Unlike traditional cleaning positions, Unit Manager Trainees work at multiple customer locations and learn all aspects of our operation.
As part of your training, you will:
- Learn commercial cleaning procedures and quality standards
- Work alongside experienced managers and supervisors
- Develop leadership and problem‑solving skills
- Gain experience with staffing, customer service, and operations
- Prepare for future supervisory and management opportunities
- Fill in at various customer locations as needed
- Perform commercial cleaning duties including:
- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Dusting
- Restroom cleaning
- Trash removal
- General facility cleaning
- Learn facility‑specific cleaning procedures
- Support operational needs throughout your assigned area
- Work closely with management while developing leadership skills
- Paid drive time between assignments
- Mileage reimbursement for travel exceeding 10 miles outside your assigned coverage area

- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
This is an active position requiring:
- Walking and standing for extended periods
- Bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting
- Working at a steady pace throughout the shift
- Performing cleaning duties in a variety of commercial environments
