Maintain the cleanliness of designated kitchen areas and equipment including proper removal and disposal of garbage, boxes, etc.;
Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, flatware, and small wares to established standards.;
Put all clean items away in specified area, making sure these areas are organized;
Monitor and log temperature and sanitizer concentrations of dish machine and 3 compartment sink as specified.;
Sweep and mop floors and other assigned cleaning tasks
