University of Wisconsin Colleges' UWM Student Union is seeking a Facilities Technician III to perform maintenance and operate complex building systems across five floors and 330,000 square feet.
This full-time on-site role primarily runs 1st shift (7:30 PM – 4 PM) Monday through Friday, with flexible hours as needed. Requirements include a high school diploma and prior facilities maintenance experience; HVAC knowledge preferred and the ability to lift 60 lbs.
