Maintenance Technician

Location: 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158

Hours: Monday - Friday, 3 PM to 11:30 PM

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and electrical lighting, including tube, bulb, and ballast replacement.
• Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures and restroom facilities.
• Coordinate with contractors and inspectors during maintenance, repair, and compliance projects, providing on‑site support and facility access.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of fire systems and generators.
• Available for after‑hours and weekend on‑call services as needed.
• Must complete a pre‑employment hair follicle drug screening. All positions are on‑site.
