FRED is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance across multiple properties in the Southeast Wisconsin and Illinois region. You will lead on-site teams, ensure safety and high standards, and support a regional portfolio.
This role requires 5+ years in residential maintenance, EPA 608 cert, a valid license, and strong leadership. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, budgets, and tenant relations, with occasional IL overnight stays.
