This full-time, on-site Housekeeper role is based in Milwaukee, WI and supports a healthcare environment. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary patient rooms, public areas, restrooms, and work spaces through routine and deep cleaning tasks. Daily activities include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting high-touch surfaces, replenishing supplies, and handling waste and linen in accordance with safety and infection-control standards.

The role interacts regularly with patients, visitors, and healthcare staff, responding to requests in a courteous and timely manner while following established procedures and schedules. The Housekeeper may also assist with basic laundry duties, room turnover, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with hospital policies and best practices.

• Ability to perform housekeeping and environmental services tasks, including cleaning, sanitizing, and basic Laundry responsibilities.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with patients, visitors, and healthcare team members.
• Effective Organization Skills to manage daily cleaning schedules, prioritize tasks, and maintain orderly work areas.
• Willingness to participate in Training and follow safety, infection control, and company procedures consistently.
• Previous experience in housekeeping, environmental services, or healthcare support is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights throughout the shift, following ergonomic and safety guidelines.
• Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
