We are currently looking for energetic and enthusiastic Maintenance and Operations Team members to join the Elite Sport Clubs in the Milwaukee area. Candidates are required to have general maintenance experience, with customer service experience a plus. You will be responsible for the operations and upkeep of a 100,000+ square foot athletics facility. This position is customer facing and a vital part of our company success.

This role works closely with building engineers and offers a teaching platform for future building engineer opportunities.

• Periodic maintenance on the building, including flooring, ceilings, repairs to furniture and equipment.
• General work experience with small plumbing, painting, and maintenance cleaning (power washing, rodding, not janitorial).
• Assists the team with setup of events, deliveries, and other general labor.

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Must be able to work without close supervision.
• Maintain a positive attitude.
• Ability to work with others as a team player.
• Knowledge and experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, and general construction.
• CPO certification is a plus but not required.
