Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and organized environment
Positive team player with a strong work ethic
Dependable and reliable attendance
Comfortable in a hands-on, active role
QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred
Previous cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or sanitation experience is helpful but not required
Ability to safely work with cleaning products and follow safety procedures
Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Willingness to learn and contribute as part of a team
