Building Maintenance Engineer

You will be responsible for supervising the property's complete maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe. • Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software
• This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED
• Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory
• Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance

• Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads
• Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans
• React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts
• Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria
• Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner
