Property Maintenance Technician Level II or III at Marsden Services, L.L.C.

Location: Minneapolis, MN, USA

Shift: 9:30am-6pm Monday-Friday (occasional overtime may be required)

Compensation: $26.00 - $31.00/hour

Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, bend, and kneel.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently, and 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to reach above and below shoulder level.
  • Ability to use hands and fingers to grasp, twist, and pull.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-year technical degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Four years of apartment/building maintenance or similar experience.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including email, data entry, and Microsoft Office.
  • Preferred:
    Boilers license and Class A boilers license.
  • Must provide own hand tools.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Availability for on-call, weekends, and overtime.
Job Duties:
  • Schedule, prioritize, and complete work orders within 48 hours.
  • Perform basic repairs on HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and appliances.
  • Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance program.
  • Assist in prioritizing and monitoring maintenance tasks.
  • Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
  • Provide emergency maintenance services as scheduled.
  • Assist in training new maintenance technicians.
