Maintenance Technician
Great Lakes Management is looking for a maintenance technician to join our team.
Base Pay Range$25.00/hr - $26.00/hr
Job Details- Hours - Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
- Pay Range - $25.00/hr - $26.00/hr

- Assist in maintaining all mechanical equipment, emergency systems, building fixtures and groundwork as needed.
- Complete all work orders quickly and efficiently.
- Report any problems/deficiencies to the Director of Maintenance.
- Knowledgeable of building codes and regulatory compliance issues.
- Interact positively with all team members in maintaining census by immediately completing apartment turns.
- Maintain the grounds; trash, sweep, dumpster areas, snowplow, etc.
- Test the resident security systems as required.
- Assist with custodial duties which include but not limited to trash removal, carpet cleaning, etc.
- Perform any maintenance task necessary as directed.
- Minimum two years' experience in maintenance, preferably residential property management.
- Skills in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, appliances, doors & windows.
