Field Service Technician
Job Description
This position requires travel across the region up to 50% of the time, including potential out-of-state plane travel. Expect some weekend work with overtime opportunities, approximately 5% of the time. We seek curious, mechanically minded problem-solvers who enjoy diagnosing issues and working with their hands. Strong communicators who can confidently interact with customers, explain findings, and build trust are essential. Responsibilities
+ Diagnose and solve mechanical and electrical issues on-site.
+ Travel to various customer sites, including clean rooms and medical/pharmaceutical facilities.
+ Work with Fume Hoods, Biosafety Cabinets, Medical HVAC Systems, Laminar Flows, and Autoclaves.
+ Provide excellent customer service by communicating findings and building trust.
+ Ensure precision, safety, and regulatory compliance in all tasks.
+ Use service software, tablets, and reporting tools effectively.

Work Environment
The role involves traveling to customer sites, including clean rooms and medical/pharmaceutical facilities. You will work on equipment such as Fume Hoods, Biosafety Cabinets, Medical HVAC Systems, Laminar Flows, and Autoclaves. New hires will receive training and certification in NSF and CETA, provided at no cost.

This is a Permanent position based out of Plymouth, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
