Job Description

This position requires travel across the region up to 50% of the time, including potential out-of-state plane travel. Expect some weekend work with overtime opportunities, approximately 5% of the time. We seek curious, mechanically minded problem-solvers who enjoy diagnosing issues and working with their hands. Responsibilities

+ Diagnose and solve mechanical and electrical issues on-site.

+ Travel to various customer sites, including clean rooms and medical/pharmaceutical facilities.

+ Work with Fume Hoods, Biosafety Cabinets, Medical HVAC Systems, Laminar Flows, and Autoclaves.

+ Provide excellent customer service by communicating findings and building trust.

+ Ensure precision, safety, and regulatory compliance in all tasks.

+ Use service software, tablets, and reporting tools effectively.

Work Environment

The role involves traveling to customer sites, including clean rooms and medical/pharmaceutical facilities. You will work on equipment such as Fume Hoods, Biosafety Cabinets, Medical HVAC Systems, Laminar Flows, and Autoclaves. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
