Position Summary:

The Janitor is responsible for general cleaning of common areas, trash and recycling disposal and major floor care projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

* General cleaning of common areas.

* Picks up and removes trash and recycle from the Community.

* Maintains floors and carpets within the Community.

* Banquet and event set up.

* Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition.

* Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.

* Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

* High school education or equivalent required.

* Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.

* Previous floor maintenance experience preferred but not required.

* Available seven (7) days per week for work schedule.
