Laborer, Maintenance​/Cleaning, General Labor

Grid Source is seeking Laborers/Technicians in the Minneapolis, MN area. WE WILL TRAIN! $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS!

• Perform Residential Fiber installations
• Observe all safety rules and regulations
• Assist other technical personnel in the performance of their duties when requested
• Convey a positive and professional appearance and demeanor when communicating the company's products and services to customers
• Accountability and dependability (on time and on load when scheduled and available on call as needed)
• Ask relevant questions to ensure problems are resolved quickly or to clarify information or directions
• Assume all other duties as assigned

• Reliable truck, van or SUV capable of transporting tools, equipment and a 28’ ladder (ladder rack preferred)
• Own tools (drills and standard telecommunications hand tools) to perform the job, as well as an Android smart phone and Windows 10 Laptop
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Includes lace up boots with a defined 1/2-inch heel, a hard hat, a reflective safety vest, a fall resistor and safety cones. Other equipment may be required by local management
• Comfortable working at heights no greater than 25’ and safely moving and lifting up to 80 lbs
• Work varying shifts and hours including possible mandatory overtime, weekends and holidays
• Pass background check and drug test and have a clean driving record
