This is a home-based remote position, with Alexandria, MN serving as the central location for the territory. If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, working independently, helping customers, and being on the move, this could be a great fit.

Job Description
* Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain packaging equipment at customer facilities
* Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
* Install and commission packaging equipment
* Train and support customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and sanitation
* Respond to customer breakdowns and prioritize urgent service needs
* Manage a regional customer territory independently
* Build strong customer relationships through regular site visits
* Identify product, service, and equipment upgrade opportunities
* Support sales initiatives and new product introductions
* Complete service reports and customer documentation accurately and on time
* Adjust schedules and priorities as customer needs change

Required Qualifications Technical Skills
* Strong mechanical aptitude
* Basic electrical troubleshooting skills
* Industrial equipment maintenance and troubleshooting experience
* Preventive maintenance experience
* Ability to use common hand and power tools
* Experience with packaging, manufacturing, food processing, or industrial equipment is preferred Customer Skills
* Professional and customer-friendly attitude
* Comfortable training, supporting, and advising customers
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to identify upsell and growth opportunities within customer accounts Work Style

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Valid U.S. Driver's License
