Operate and maintain dish machine to standards, efficiently processing dishes and utensils;
Unload dish machine, stack, store, and return dishes and utensils to proper area of kitchen;
Maintain cleanliness in dish area and kitchen, including emptying garbage cans and performing general cleaning tasks;
Ensure floor safety by sweeping, mopping, and drying, and transport soiled ware to designated areas;
Set up equipment and bus stations for efficient service, anticipating event order needs and performing additional assigned duties
