Job Summary

Position:
Janitorial Cleaner — Golden Valley, MN 38124 (United States). Part‑time shift Monday‑Friday, 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Requisition ‑38124.

• Responsible for basic cleaning of common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, trash, dust, and polish, plus other assigned items or areas.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Perform additional duties as required, including attending to flooded areas, incidental spills, and related cleanup work for trash and restroom concerns.

• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Willingness to work assigned hours.
• Capability to perform physical demands: bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

Competitive hourly rate of USD 17.33 per hour. Benefit package includes medical, dental, life, and long‑term disability (LTD) insurance, as well as a 401(k) savings plan.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. (part‑time).
