We are building a team of reliable, detail‑oriented professionals who want to grow with us from the ground up.

As a Residential Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for providing high‑quality cleaning services in clients’ homes. You will represent the 10,000 Cleans brand with professionalism and integrity, delivering a consistent, trustworthy experience that keeps clients coming back. This is a physical, hands‑on role that rewards thoroughness, reliability, and a positive attitude.

• Perform routine and deep‑cleaning services in residential homes including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces.
• Follow standardized cleaning checklists and company procedures to ensure consistent quality across all jobs.
• Use company‑provided cleaning products, tools, and equipment safely and according to labeling (OSHA Haz Com compliant).
• Arrive on time to each scheduled client home; communicate promptly with the owner if any issues arise.
• Treat clients’ homes, belongings, and personal space with the utmost respect and care.
• Report any property damage, safety concerns, or client complaints to the owner immediately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and reliable personal vehicle when transporting supplies (if applicable).
• Complete job notes and sign off on completed checklists after each visit.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding clients’ homes, schedules, and personal information.

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites in Anoka County and surrounding areas.
• Ability to pass a background check (required before first client assignment).
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks: standing, bending, lifting up to 30 lbs, and working on hands and knees.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Professional, respectful, and trustworthy demeanor.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Reliable phone for scheduling communication and time‑tracking app.

• Prior professional cleaning experience (residential or commercial).
• Familiarity with eco‑friendly or chemical cleaning products.
• Basic spoken English sufficient for client interaction and safety communication.

Competitive hourly rate ranging from $16/hour‐$19/hour: tips eligible.

Flexible; primarily weekday mornings and early afternoons. Part‑time.
