The Maintenance Technician is responsible for complex maintenance and janitorial duties in addition to basic maintenance and janitorial responsibilities.

- The targeted pay range for this job is $25.00 - $27.50 per hour.
- Full-Time 80 hrs bi-weekly - Weekdays 8am-4:30pm - occasional on-call/weekend/holiday requirements.

Job Responsibilities
Local Travel and Driver's License Required.
MinimumRequired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of janitorial/maintenance experience.
- Valid Drivers License, proof of insurance and satisfactory motor vehicle record.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
- Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to:
Globally Harmonized System (GHS), Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Resident's Bill of Rights, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, OSHA, Right to know, SDS, ADA, HUD Policy and Procedures, Fair Housing laws and regulations.
- Post-secondary education in related field.
- Previous experience working with seniors.
