Location of position:
Great Plains (Kansas City, St. Louis, Omaha, Minneapolis, Quad Cities).

• Provide high-level field training and guidance to support the rollout of development projects, initiatives, and critical strategies, strengthening field capabilities across the organization. Ensure field crews deliver installation and modernization projects safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with procedures, codes, and quality standards while resolving complex technical challenges and driving continuous improvement.

• 5+ years of progressive and successful industry experience with progressive experience in management, coaching, and training to KONE [
  • Frontline labor operations management / IUEC field foreman or installation experience preferred].

• You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree, or 5 years of elevator-escalator industry experience plus additional experience in frontline operations management or IUEC field foreman installation experience.

Other Hiring requirements

• Proven ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, projects, and resources to achieve outcomes.

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 75% or more, domestic and occasionally international).

Annual Base Pay Range:

Variable Compensation

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive (60/40) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
