Conduct routine store visits for building and ground repairs, and perform preventive maintenance duties;
Troubleshoot and repair minor maintenance issues involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment;

Assist in identifying vendors, perform diagnostics on the Energy Management System, and maintain vehicle maintenance;
