PKT Enterprises has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician
. The MT provides regular and seasonal services for all company sites and ground, including the corporate office as needed.

Company sites are located in:
Minneapolis, St. Paul, Roseville, Maplewood, Columbia Heights, Oakdale, New Brighton, Inver Grove Heights, and Eagan.

• Establish and maintain seasonal grounds care routines (mowing, weeding, snow removal, etc.)
• Assist with major sire renovations under direction of the Maintenance Director
• Complete preventative and routine repairs as needed
• Perform site maintenance tasks such as:
  • Carpentry
  • painting
  • Minor electrical and plumbing
  • Cleaning (carpets, common areas, site cleanup, etc.)
• Conduct scheduled safety inspections
• Move supplies, furniture, appliances, and equipment (with assistance as needed)
• Attend regular meetings with maintenance staff and leadership

• Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or related fields
• Skilled in basic mechanical and carpentry skills
• Ability to drive a pickup truck with a trailer and plow
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple skills
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Dependable personal vehicle and insurance in employee’s name
• Good Driving Record
• At least 19 years old
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs
• Availability for rotating on-call responsibilities (for urgent maintenance needs)
