Responsibilities

  • Extensive driving to multiple customer sites daily.
  • Job site deliveries, pick‑ups and installation of new/rental portable A/C and heating equipment.
  • Provide product and technical support under moderate supervision.
  • Conduct technical training and product briefings with customers.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems, determine solutions per product and customer specifications, and recommend actions to customers.
  • Ensure the fleet and required accessories are cleaned, maintained, organized and ready to rent.
  • Maintain the warehouse and trucks for optimal efficiency.
  • Complete and submit all required paperwork – order write‑ups, rental/sales agreements per policy.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
  • Ability to climb a 10‑ft ladder.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong phone skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic mechanical skills and comfort using hand tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Additional mechanical or HVAC system experience.
  • Experience with rental vehicle maintenance.
Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $53,000 and $106,000, depending on skills, education, experience and other qualifications.

Other Compensation

This position may be entitled to short‑term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
