Service Technician
The Service Technician delivers exceptional customer service during scheduled maintenance appointments by inspecting for pest activity, providing effective treatment solutions, and building lasting customer relationships. This role helps ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication, attention to detail, and consistent service excellence.
Responsibilities- Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
- Inspect properties for signs of pest activity, identify treatment needs, and recommend appropriate solutions to address customer concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with the office as needed.
- Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.
- Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history; driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
- Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
- Competitive hourly base pay of $19–$20 plus additional compensation opportunities.

The position may require lifting up to 50 pounds, occasional heavier lifting, standing for long periods, performing physical tasks, and managing repetitive motions. Clear vision is required for both close and distant tasks. Exposure to pesticides, chemicals, pests, mold, allergens, and structural hazards is possible; safety gear is required.
