Janitorial Technician​/Custodian

Job Summary

GD Resources is seeking a reliable Janitorial Technician to provide custodial services for office and shop facilities located at Big Stone National Wildlife Refuge in Odessa, Minnesota. The selected individual will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and professional environment in accordance with contract requirements.

Bi-weekly weekend cleaning (Friday after 4:30 PM, Saturday, or Sunday)

• Vacuum carpets and rugs
• Dust office furniture, shelves, displays, and surfaces
• Clean windows, glass doors, and entryways
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, urinals, mirrors, and floors
• Restock restroom supplies
• Clean breakroom and kitchenette areas
• Sweep and mop floors
• Remove cobwebs and maintain overall cleanliness
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Report facility issues or damages observed during cleaning

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform routine cleaning activities

All cleaning equipment, tools, and consumable supplies will be provided by the Government.
