Utility Cleaner (Minneapolis)
Requisition :
ScheduleMonday - Friday, 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
LocationUS-MN-Minneapolis
SalaryUSD $21.25 per hour
Responsibilities- Perform basic cleaning tasks: sweep and mop tile floors, vacuum, dust and damp mopping, spot clean glass.
- Clean restrooms: restock supplies, empty trash, sanitize fixtures, clean mirrors, doors and walls.
- Move furniture, reposition items, and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
- Check all trash containers prior to relocating them.
- Respond to incidental spills, flooded areas, or other urgent cleanup needs.
- Restock supplies in carts and closets at the end of each shift.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of cleaning or related experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work assigned hours.
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb, and reach.
- Capability to lift, move, and handle containers of water, cleaning fluids, and germicidal agents.
- Use of a wet mop and other janitorial equipment.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Standing, walking, sitting, stooping, or kneeling as required.
