Advanced Facilities is seeking a PM - Maintenance Technician to ensure efficient operation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems across assigned properties. The role is 3:00pm–11:00pm, full‑time, with a focus on safe, efficient building operation and preventive maintenance.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of related experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word is preferred; lifting and on‑site work required.
