Gable Pines, a Lifespark Senior Living Community in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota, is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our growing team. You will help maintain the building, grounds and equipment to support a safe, comfortable home for residents.
Duties include electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing, painting, floor care; assist with housekeeping; resolve work orders; and help supervise contractors. High school diploma required; healthcare experience preferred. Wage is $17.50–$22.50 per hour.
