Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a dedicated  
** Custodian
* * for a local church in Edina, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and values supporting a welcoming environment for staff, members, and visitors.

* Schedule:

** Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

** Pay:**  $18.00-$24.00/hour, based on experience

** Custodial Duties:*
* + Perform daily cleaning and custodial duties throughout the facility

+ Set up and tear down rooms for meetings, events, and church activities

+ Complete minor maintenance and repair work, including light electrical, plumbing, painting, and door adjustments

+ Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC and boilers

+ Refill supplies and respond to facility needs as they arise

+ Assist with seasonal grounds maintenance and snow removal

+ Secure the building and complete safety checks at the end of each day

** Skills and experience*
* + Experience in custodial, janitorial, facilities, or building maintenance work

+ Knowledge of cleaning equipment, tools, and building systems

+ Ability to perform minor repairs and general maintenance tasks

+ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

+ Strong customer service mindset and willingness to support staff, volunteers, and visitors

** Physical Requirements*
* + Lift and carry up to 50 pounds

+ Climb ladders up to 40 feet

+ Operate equipment such as lawn mowers, snow blowers, tractors, and church vehicles

** Additional Requirements*
* + Valid Minnesota driver's license

+ Current auto insurance and reliable transportation for occasional job-related travel
