Maintenance Technician

Location:

Minneapolis, Minnesota (2 properties)

Pay: $29-$32 per hour

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, some weekends as needed and on-call rotation with other properties.

If you take pride in your work, enjoy helping residents, and have strong technical skills, we want to hear from you.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of apartment general maintenance
• Excellent customer service skills
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable transportation, you will use your own vehicle and receive mileage reimbursement
• Must be able to clear an extensive background check
• Boiler's license preferred. You will be required to obtain your Boilers License within 90 days of employment. We will pay for the Boilers License exam and study material.

Responsibilities Include:

• Completing apartment maintenance turnovers quickly and efficiently
• Troubleshooting and repairing boilers and general maintenance issues
• Providing friendly, professional service to residents
• Maintaining organized work orders and maintenance areas
• Working closely with the property management team to keep the community running smoothly.
