Minneapolis.In this role, you will helpmaintaina clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is highly attentive to detail, and understands the importance of cleanliness in both shared and private living spaces.

Experience in custodial or janitorial roles, especially in residential or commercial settings, is preferred. A strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team are key to success.

• Reliable transportation to get to work
• Previous experience as acleaner, janitor, or custodian in residential, commercial, or hospitality settings
• Familiarity with theproper use and care of cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Understanding ofsafe handling and disposal of cleaning agents and hazardous materials
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for keeping spaces clean and safe

, you willbe responsible for keeping our apartment buildings andcommon areasin top condition. Your work will directly contribute to resident satisfaction and the overall appeal of the community. You willassistin both day-to-day cleaning duties and special projects, including preparing vacant units for new residents.
