Cleaning Services Attendant

Working as part of a team, this position supports the cleanliness, sanitation, and operational readiness of U.S. Bank Stadium year-round. Responsibilities include routine facility cleaning, event turnover preparation, and maintaining a safe environment for guests, staff, and tenants during sporting events, concerts, and other large-scale public gatherings.

Essential duties and responsibilities include operating cleaning equipment necessary to maintain facility cleanliness, performing routine and event-related cleaning in concourses, seating areas, restrooms, offices, locker rooms, premium areas, and back-of-house spaces, cleaning, sanitizing, monitoring, and restocking restrooms and high-touch areas, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, shampooing, and extracting flooring surfaces as required, cleaning and maintaining hard and soft surfaces in accordance with manufacturer and safety guidelines, removing trash, recycling, and compost materials and properly sorting waste streams, responding to spills, biohazards, and sanitation needs during and after events following safety protocols and PPE requirements, supporting event readiness and post-event turnover, including overnight cleaning operations when necessary, cleaning and polishing fixtures and building features, and periodically assisting in leading part-time staff during events or special projects.

Follow all OSHA, safety, PPE, and blood borne pathogen procedures. Other duties as assigned in support of stadium operations.

Qualifications and skills include the ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and other departments, the ability to maintain professional interactions with staff, vendors, and guests, the ability to work indoors in varying weather conditions, a high school diploma or GED, experience in large public assembly facility, commercial, or institutional cleaning preferred, experience operating custodial equipment and working with cleaning chemicals preferred, the ability to be 18 years of age or older, maintaining professional appearance and grooming standards, demonstrating reliability and attendance consistent with operational needs.

Physical demands include standing and walking for extended periods, climbing stairs and ramps, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds with or without assistance or mechanical support, working around large crowds and in active event environments, and working outdoors in winter weather conditions.
