Sr. Specialist Building Services
Pay range per hour: $20.82 - $37.45. Pay is based on factors that vary with position, including labor market conditions, education, work experience, and certifications.

About the RoleAs a Sr. Specialist Building Operations, you’ll report and perform job duties primarily on‑site at a Target headquarters location. Your responsibilities focus on dock operations, communication with partners, and scheduling and performing dock equipment maintenance—including HVAC, lighting, building management systems, and related equipment. You’ll also respond to work order requests, utilize a robust work order system, and collaborate on special projects.

- Dock operations and coordination with appropriate partners.
- Scheduling and performing dock equipment maintenance (HVAC, lighting, door hardware, compactors, balers, dock levelers, building management system).
- Responding to work order requests using the work order system.
- Collaborating on special projects as directed.
- Adjusting duties as business needs evolve.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience in or ability to learn building maintenance (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems).
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license (Class D required).
- Forklift experience desirable.
- Shipping/receiving experience and documentation retention desirable.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights up to 25 feet.
- Ability to learn PC skills, especially for building management systems, life safety systems, and work order applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
