Position: Operating Engineer 3 (5-7 years)
Our client, a  
** leading facilities management and building operations company** , is seeking an  
** Operating Engineer 3
** to join their team. As an  
** Operating Engineer 3** , you will be part of the  
** Engineering and Facilities Operations Department
** supporting the  
** Building Operations and Maintenance Team** . The ideal candidate will have  
** strong troubleshooting skills** ,  
** excellent problem-solving abilities** , and  
** strong attention to detail** , which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $30.00 - $36.00/hour

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform preventive maintenance and complete work orders on building systems and equipment.

+ Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems to minimize downtime.

+ Operate and monitor building equipment to ensure safe and efficient performance.

+ Maintain accurate maintenance, repair, and operational records.

+ Support building automation systems while collaborating with maintenance and operations teams.

** What's Needed?*
* + 3+ years of experience with a degree OR 5+ years of experience in a high-rise building and/or data center environment.

+ Strong experience troubleshooting HVAC and electrical systems.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.

+ Experience performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and work order management.

+ EPA 608 or EPA 609 Certification preferred.
