Pay Rate: $15.75 per hour
Availability: Candidates must be consistently available to work at least four shifts per week.

What You'll DoAs an Evening Custodial Staff member, you will support the daily cleaning and upkeep of Boynton Health Clinic offices, examination rooms, laboratory areas, hallways, restrooms, lobbies, staircases, entrances, and related grounds.
Daily Responsibilities- Collecting and disposing of regular trash, recycling, and biohazardous waste.
- Cleaning and disinfecting examination rooms, offices, laboratories, restrooms, and public spaces.
- Refilling restroom dispensers and cleaning fixtures and water fountains.
- Vacuuming carpets; sweeping, dust mopping, and wet mopping floors.
- Setting up or rearranging seating for orientations, meetings, and special events.
- Helping maintain a safe, equitable, and respectful environment for everyone in the clinic.
- Cleaning walls, doors, vents, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairwells, elevators, entrances, and patios.
- Restocking housekeeping closets and supplies.
- Operating floor scrubbers, carpet extractors, upholstery cleaners, and steam‑cleaning equipment after training.
- Shoveling snow and applying salt or ice melt as needed.
- Reporting safety concerns, security issues, needed repairs, or maintenance needs.
- Serving as a point of contact during emergencies when needed.
- Current University of Minnesota student enrolled in enough credits to qualify for student employment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
- Residence in the Twin Cities area with reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights up to 15 feet.
