Maintenance Technician
Complete maintenance requests and repair assignments as directed by the Property Manager.
Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs within training and qualifications.
Conduct routine property inspections and report maintenance needs, safety concerns, and equipment problems.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
Maintain common areas, grounds, and walkways, including seasonal upkeep as assigned.
Prepare vacant units for occupancy, including repairs, touch-up painting, and maintenance checks.
Document completed work and communicate outstanding issues to the Property Manager.
Keep tools, equipment, supplies, and maintenance storage areas organized and in good condition.
Notify the Property Manager when work requires an outside contractor or additional approval.
Follow safety procedures and report urgent maintenance issues promptly.
