Campus Director of Environmental Services

Job Overview

We are looking for a
Director of Environmenal Services to oversee the overall responsibility for campus buildings and grounds in addition to overseeing environmental services at the Care Center (SNF). Environmental Services in the SNF includes but is not limited to laundry, housekeeping, custodial, and maintenance staff ensuring that the facility is a clean, safe, and odor-free environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

This position includes:

• 80 hours every two weeks
• Monday through Friday

• Supervises the SNF Environmental Services Department including but not limited to housekeeping, laundry, custodial, and maintenance staff
• Develops and maintains a Preventative Maintenance Program for the Campus
• Promotes a safe work environment
• Responsible for Ebenezer Van/Bus maintenance and upkeep
• Performs all other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policy and standards

• Associate of Arts Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree
• 1 year One to Three Years
• Experience with mechanical equipment
• Special Class C Boilers License within 1 Year
• Drivers License Current Drivers License (in good standing)
• Medical Exam Certification
• Must be at least 18-years old
• Must be insurable under the employers Auto Insurance Coverage
• Must complete and pass in-house transportation curriculum course and pass driving evaluation. within 30 Days

• Bachelors degree in Plant Maintenance or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
