Facilities​/Engineering Maintenance Supervisor

The Facilities/Engineering Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining all facilities, including buildings, properties, HVAC systems, and vehicles owned by Pioneer PBS, as well as assisting the engineering department as needed. This is a full-time, regular, non-exempt hourly position. Work hours are generally Monday to Friday during normal business hours, with nights and weekends as required.

Key responsibilities include:

• Internal Maintenance: Water softener system, sewer system, trash and recycling, janitorial supervision.
• External Maintenance: Walkways, snow and ice removal, mowing, grounds maintenance, equipment upkeep, building entrances, security cameras, pond pump.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Service and repair of vehicles and equipment, maintaining logs, cleaning, tire checks, and scheduling major repairs.
• Offsite Work at Tower Locations: Maintenance at tower sites, including landscape, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, as well as site-specific tasks like weed control and equipment installation.
• Building Maintenance: Roofs, exteriors, wells, interiors, inventory management, delivery and pickup assistance.
  
  Performance Standards

  Provide leadership, communicate effectively, work as a team, maintain organization, and demonstrate initiative. Travel may be required, and obtaining a health card for driving may be necessary.
